People enjoy the month March for a number of reasons. Some are looking forward to the spring weather and some are looking forward to all the basketball games that will be happening. In the sports world, the month of March has earned the reputation of “March Madness.” So many basketball games are played that there’s no way to watch them all!

Does it ever seem that way in your life? There are so many things going on that it feels like complete madness?

I want you to think about being in the place that Pontius Pilate was in during Jesus’ trial. The Roman’s were the only authorities that were able to sentence someone to death. At this time Pontius Pilate is the Roman governor and had the authority to make the decision of what would happen to Jesus. It was complete madness for Pilate. He was quite confused about what was happening because he said “but understand clearly that I find him not guilty.” He had to make a decision.

Living each day can seem like complete madness. Tuesday morning is awesome and everything is going well…but Tuesday afternoon is a different story. We all know that things can change in a matter of moments. I plead with you to connect to Jesus. When you’re united with Jesus, you are in a place of freedom.

2 Corinthians 3:17 – “For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
